We define their challenges and deliver sustainable products and solutions that meet their requirements – mainly in energy, the environment, food, and the marine industry. We are seeking recent University Graduates to join our Graduate Programme here in the UK&I. This role will be mainly office-based from our Head Office, currently in Camberley, Surrey. The successful candidates will join us in September 2025 and embark on a varied and exciting 18-month structured programme designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed. The programme provides a deep immersion into the markets, product solutions, and tools needed for success at Alfa Laval. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside our Marine, Energy, and Food and Water divisions in all areas of the business, sales, and service, during which they will be building internal and external relationships, which will assist in achieving success in the role they are appointed to at the end of the programme. What you know and requirements You have a minimum of a 2:1 degree in engineering Ideally, you will have knowledge of industrial equipment and/or systems: heat transfer, rotating equipment, fluid separations/filtration/handling, process monitoring, and optimisation Some travel, potentially international; we would therefore require the successful candidate to have a full valid driving licence and passport You have the right to work in the UK You have a genuine passion for engineering and sustainability Why work for us The Alfa Laval culture is open, informal, and supportive.
