We are looking for people who are tenacious and unafraid of being on the phones. You will be resilient and able to take the knock-backs that come in sales through telemarketing. You will be organised and understand the bigger picture of why we are booking the meeting.

A typical day will involve aiming to have 10-20 conversations with prospects and qualifying the meetings to ensure the sales reps are only sitting with quality appointments. You will be responsible for:

Outbound outreach and prospecting Adding to the sales pipeline Maintaining the CRM system with up-to-date information Qualifying leads and prospects Entry requirements:

Must be comfortable doing outbound telemarketing Must have a driver's license Must have A-level in a science-based subject Must be tenacious and resilient to take the knock-backs in sales Must be conscientious and detail-oriented to complete CRM entries accurately Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. is beneficial Training to be provided:

Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship

A Sales Executive is a salesperson working in either the Business to Business or Business to Consumer markets with the responsibility to sell a specific product line or service. They plan their sales activities, lead the end-to-end sales interaction with the customer, and manage their sales internally within their organisation. They will be responsible for retaining and growing a number of existing customer accounts and generating new business by contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and bringing the sales process to a mutually acceptable close.

A Sales Executive will develop customer relationships by establishing rapport and building trust and confidence in their own and their organisation’s capabilities through demonstration of detailed product knowledge, competitor knowledge, and an understanding of the market in which they operate, and by ensuring a positive customer experience.
