My client, a specialist UK based Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Graduate Sales Executive to promote and sell products to Contractors across the region. A valid driving licence is essential for this role. It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background including strong A Levels and a BSc in Environmental Science, Construction or Hydrogeology, and experience working in a sales role, hitting and exceeding sales targets. You are also expected to have a keen interest in hydrogeology, quarrying, and low carbon products. You will be expected to have an outgoing personality to liaise and sell products to new and existing Clients across the area. As a Sales Consultant, you will need to have exceptional organisational skills and a keen appetite for success as you will manage your own diary and be required to hit sales targets. Candidates are required to live near Southampton and have a driving licence to visit sites. It is beneficial for applicants to have experience working in the Construction Industry, ideally on site. You will join a supportive team based in the heart of Southampton and receive specialist training by an experienced team. As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will be expected to travel across South West England attending site visits, selling products to Contractors and Clients. You will also be required to complete the following tasks: Source sales leads with new and existing Clients. Attend frequent meetings on site and liaise with Contractors to explain and sell company products. Provide detailed quotations ensuring Clients' requirements are adhered to. Secure new and repeat business orders. Negotiate pricing and delivery of products, ensuring Client requirements are met. Update Clients with order updates. Assess and analyse market trends and sales performance. This role offers a competitive salary, company vehicle and fuel card, health care, pension, career progression, and training.
