About the role of a Graduate Site Manager

As a Graduate Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific site and ensuring all works are completed within time and to budget. The projects the company works on range between £1 - £150 million. Day-to-day duties include communicating with the team, preparing site reports for Contact Managers, and ensuring all works are on time while dealing with any day-to-day issues that may arise.

Experience/Qualifications for a Graduate Site Manager

A degree in Construction Site Management or similar. Track record of excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate site teams to work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations. Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
