Permanent, Full Time Role Description

As a Graduate Analyst Developer, you will work in a self-organized Delivery Team that takes care of developing applications from the initial design phase to the final release. You will interact with people in our different offices around the world and with different expertise. We strongly believe in teamwork, and your team is responsible for the quality of the product it delivers. No prior development experience is required, and full training will be provided in the languages and technologies that we use. Specific Role Responsibilities

Develop solutions based on technical designs Develop unit tests to ensure required quality gateways are met Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications Execute best practices for software development Strict adherence to agreed standards and SDLC processes Participate in demos of the product to internal stakeholders and clients Perform code reviews for other Analyst Developers Produce development estimates which contribute to overall delivery estimates Delivery of agreed quality outputs within agreed timeframes Investigate, diagnose, and fix support issues, working closely with Clients to ensure successful resolution Work with the Analyst Testers to ensure they have an understanding of solutions and testing requirements Actively communicate the status of assigned items of work to the Delivery Team Work effectively and continue improving business knowledge and programming skills Be an active member of the development community within FNZ, contributing to team sessions and sharing best practices and lessons learnt Support process improvement initiatives and identify new process improvements Maintain high standards regarding written and verbal communication to ensure that information is clearly and concisely documented and appropriately disseminated. Essential Requirements

Degree educated in a technical subject (e.g., Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering) min. 2.1 Confident, and able to take initiative in a client and delivery-focused environment Excellent organisational, administration, and time management skills Good team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients Highly developed written and oral communication skills Superior analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
