Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility

The ATM Client Software Product Analyst in NCR Atleos is an entry level Product Management Role. As a

Product Analyst , you will be responsible for supporting Product Managers overseeing the lifecycle of a software product related to the operation of ATMs, from conception to launch and beyond. You will assist in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to monitor progress to meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals. The ATM Software Product Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and support the delivery of product on time and within budget.

As a Product Analyst for a global leader in the ATM industry, you will develop an understanding of diverse global financial institution requirements, and work closely with NCR Atleos teams in every continent to deliver global ATM solutions.

NCR Atleos develops software using a Scaled Agile methodology. The Product Analyst will work closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners, and other Engineering roles, refining understanding of requirements and providing customer insights to inform the design and development of the product.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar (business, management, economics, statistics, information science, etc.). A qualification or demonstrated interest in software development. Proven ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numeracy skills. Excellent listening skills, oral and written communication, and presentation skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Preferred Qualifications

Work experience in a public-facing role. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite. Experience in handling and analyzing data with Microsoft Excel. Ability to create PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex concepts. Time management and prioritization skills. Familiarity with Agile Software Development principles. Leadership experience. Financial numeracy skills.
