We are looking for ambitious and creative Graduate Structural Engineers to join our expanding civil engineering consultancy and have positions available in Gloucester, London, and Henley on Thames. You will have recently Graduated (1-2 years) with a minimum of 2:1 BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or similar. The ability to design to British Standards or Eurocodes. Experience with our computer software is desirable – notably TEKLA Structural Designer, Robot, and TEDDS. Experience across several sectors, ideally including residential. Our projects are in a range of materials across the commercial, educational, residential, health, and leisure sectors. Should have some experience in client/project team liaison. You will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills. You will be a team player who is comfortable working collaboratively. You will be a creative problem solver who enjoys sharing ideas. Responsibilities
You will work on all aspects of projects, from conceptual scheme design through to construction on site, as well as managing relationships with clients, contractors, and design teams. Day to day, you will be modelling, designing using cutting-edge software, report writing, and liaising with contractors and clients. You will be supported with on-the-job training and mentoring from our team of industry-leading professionals, who will aid you in your professional development and working towards ICE / IStructE qualifications.
