Graduate Structural Engineer

to kick-start their career within a supportive and professional environment. Working alongside experienced engineers, the successful candidate will assist in the design, analysis, and detailing of structural elements for various projects. Key Responsibilities: Your role as a Graduate Structural Engineer will include: Assist in the design and analysis of structural components for building projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Support senior engineers with project delivery, including creating calculations and reports, and ensuring designs meet relevant regulations and codes. Collaborate with internal teams, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve practical and innovative design solutions. Use industry-standard software (e.g.,

AutoCAD ,

Revit ,

Tedds ) for structural analysis and design. Participate in site visits and inspections to support the engineering process. Assist in the development of sustainable and cost-efficient engineering solutions. Skills & Experience Required for a Graduate Structural Engineer: A

degree in Structural Engineering

or a related discipline (BEng or MEng). Familiarity with structural design software such as

AutoCAD ,

Revit , or

Tedds

is a plus but not essential. A solid understanding of basic structural engineering principles and the ability to apply them to real-world projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Enthusiasm for professional development, with the ambition to pursue further qualifications (such as

Chartered Engineer

status with

ICE

or
