30,000 - 34,000 + Clear Progression to Senior Structural Engineer + WFH After Probation + Training + 33 Days Holiday (Increases with Service) + Health Cash Plan Are you a Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer with Structural Analysis knowledge looking for an exciting role within a thriving construction group? This company offers clear progression opportunities to Senior Structural Engineer, bespoke training plans to suit your skillset, and the opportunity to work on interesting projects. This business was created in 2015 from an offshoot of a very successful group of construction companies. Since then, they have grown from 1 employee to 120 and are in need of another Estimator to join the team to keep up with demand. The role will involve a varied spread of responsibilities including: Design Specification Load Assessments Quality Control Technical Support Reporting Project Management This is an opportunity to work with a company that prides itself on training and progression from within.
