If so this role is THE role to get you started in a very successful career in FinTech. The Role: You will be working as part of a busy global support team providing 1st line support to their clients. This will include taking calls and handling incident or service requests. This role is mostly a client support role but may also involve working for deployments, maintenance and other tasks related to service delivery as needed. You could be involved in: Providing support via phone and email to the end users of the client's software products Monitoring network, server and system alerts Liaising between 3rd party vendors Updating of internal systems and processes They offer global travel, continuous learning opportunities, and good long-term careers as well as a competitive salary and a range of bonus incentives and employee benefits. Salary to start will be £28-30K and reviewed regularly. Skills: A recent university graduate who has strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills. You need to have had some prior customer-facing experience either gained in retail or hospitality or working with the general public in other part-time roles. You need to have excellent research, analytical and communication skills, and have a passion for innovation and technology in general.
