As a Graduate Surveyor, you will assist the team in various tasks with private sector and public clients. Responsibilities
Work with qualified surveyors to identify and determine client requirements. Attend client meetings as required. Actively participate in understanding and meeting colleague and client requirements. Develop understanding of the procurement process on behalf of clients. Ensure compliance with Cluttons working policies and procedures. Work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and approachable. Participate in client meetings as required. Work to standards required by RICS and maintain ethical standards. Ensure all work is produced accurately and efficiently. Commit to completing the APC training programme. Contribute to the production of tender documentation. Research and draft reports. Requirements
Educated to degree level in a RICS accredited first degree or master's degree. A team player able to work effectively with supervision. Excellent interfacing skills with clients and fellow professionals. Ability to demonstrate initiative in a busy office with a varied workload. Strong communication and time management skills.
