The Role

Classroom Support:

Assist with classroom activities, 1:1, or small group sessions to support students’ learning.

Behaviour Management:

Help monitor and manage student behaviour effectively.

Student Engagement:

Engage students in their learning journey and provide personalized support to help them succeed.

Ideal Candidate

Experience:

Previous experience working with children with SEND is advantageous but not essential.

Communication Skills:

Strong communication skills are essential to building positive relationships with students and staff.

Passion for Education:

A genuine enthusiasm for education and creating a nurturing, supportive learning environment.

Engagement & Motivation:

The ability to motivate students and keep them engaged in their studies.

Behaviour Management:

Comfortable with managing classroom behaviour in a calm and supportive way.
