A 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree (or higher!) from a leading UK University Prior experience working with young people in an educational capacity! Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices! Patience and empathy for people who may not respond to mainstream teaching methods! Extracurricular hobbies like sports, art, or music that can be used to connect with students and integrate into school life! (desired, not essential!)
