Our Future Teachers Programme is designed to provide
graduates
with invaluable experience in
secondary schools , preparing you for a rewarding career in teaching.
Programme Structure
Year 1 : Work as a
Cover Supervisor , gaining classroom experience and developing essential teaching skills.
Year 2 : Transition to a
salaried teacher training route
with one of our partner schools, working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Minimum Requirements
Recent graduates with a
degree in a relevant subject
(e.g., Maths, English, Science, History, Geography, MFL, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with young people and a desire to inspire.
Full-time availability starting
ASAP
or
September 2025 .
