Opportunities: We are looking for a Graduate Technical Services Manager, who is wanting to move into a site-based graduate position. The role will report to the Construction Director and would be responsible for supporting and learning from Technical Services Managers. This would include: Assist with developing the building services brief for all projects Assist with the review of all building services subcontractor proposals Assist with the review of the proposed services drawings and specifications Assist with the production of a services checklist for Project Managers to use Assist with technical support to the project team Assist with reviewing the quality of the mechanical and electrical installation Assist with producing a commissioning strategy This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme). Our Foundation Programme The Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training, rotations, and mentoring over 3 years. It is important to get to know us, our people, and how we work. The programme is driven by a structured training curriculum designed to develop business, technical, and behavioural skills. The training sessions give a deeper understanding of how we operate as a business. Additionally, you gain responsibility as part of the team and build your network across the business. You will have a dedicated mentor who will share their knowledge and experiences whilst having reviews with the Early Careers Manager and your mentor every 6 months for the duration of the programme.
