Our client, a fast-growing trading company, seeks a Graduate Trader / Junior Energy Trader to join their team.

The Role
As a Graduate Energy Trader, you will work in real-time to make quick, profitable decisions while managing dynamic risks. You’ll collaborate with a high-performing team to execute trades based on live information, adapt positions to evolving market conditions, propose new trading strategies and collaborate with the Development team to develop and refine trading models.
This is a trading position, working closely with teams who develop trading strategy and provide you with the most relevant information to increase the chances of success!

What’s Required?
An existing and active interest in trading across anything, be it stocks, commodities, goods, crypto - Building a strategy for gaining a market understanding and advantage.
A competitive spirit and a passion for understanding and succeeding in complex markets.
Quick, clear decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
Excellent chart-reading skills and familiarity with concepts like probability and risk management.
