On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established commercial development team who operate across the entire South-West, working on both large and small development schemes. Their clients include landowners, suppliers, and subcontractors who have a varied and lucrative portfolio of high-end properties.
This varied role will see you responsible for and trained to work on multiple projects at once, producing bills of quantities, tender specifications, cost planning, financial control, and reporting, as well as feasibility projects. You will be based out of the office but will be required to travel to sites across the UK.

Developing budget costs and ensuring projects remain within budget Carrying out tender comparisons Preparing monthly forecasts and reports Measuring quantities, checking against subcontractor rates Monday - Friday (40 hr week) The Person:
