On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established commercial development team who operate across the entire South-West, working on both large and small development schemes. Their clients include land owners, suppliers, and sub-contractors who have a varied and lucrative portfolio of high-end properties.
This varied role will see you responsible for and trained to work on multiple projects at once, producing bills of quantities, tender specifications, cost planning, financial control, and reporting as well as feasibility projects. You will be based out of the office, but you will be required to travel to sites across the UK.
This role would suit a motivated Graduate or someone looking to get into the construction sector with a forward-thinking company who can offer you a long career with excellent progression, training, and the opportunity to work flexibly.
