As a Graduate Trainee Search Consultant, you’ll be immersed in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle—from identifying and approaching high-calibre professionals to building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates. This role offers you the unique opportunity to become a trusted advisor, helping clients secure exceptional talent and guiding candidates in shaping their careers.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates through research, networking, and proactive outreach. Building strong client relationships by delivering market insights, candidate assessments, and strategic talent advice. Managing the full recruitment process, from initial engagement to candidate placement and beyond. Requirements:
A university degree, with a strong interest in finance, sales, or recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior-level professionals. A results-driven attitude, with resilience and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential. Benefits:
