Graduate Trainee Teaching Assistants

to join our dedicated team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates and/or current students who are looking to kickstart a rewarding career in education. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced educators and SEND professionals to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment, helping to provide general classroom support as well as 1:1 support with SEND. We encourage applications from students who wish to gain valuable experience for careers in psychology, counselling, or educational support. Role Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and general support to students Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. Support students' academic, social, and emotional development. Foster a safe and positive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support. Person Specification University Graduate of any academic discipline Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs is desirable but not necessary Positive, supportive attitude with a commitment to student development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
