Car Allowance, Subsidised Private Medical Cover, Life Assurance Scheme, Contributory Pension, 35 Days annual leave (Including Public Holidays) We are looking for an experienced project-based Quality Manager to join our Civil Engineering division in Northern Ireland. Reporting to the Project Manager for the A5 Western Transport Corridor, you will oversee and monitor quality management controls throughout the design, procurement, and construction phases of the project. Your responsibilities will include managing quality requirements for structures, earthworks, drainage, and surfacing on a linear road project, liaising and communicating with multiple stakeholders and JV partners. Additionally, you will report on performance and maintain live data to track quality progress throughout the project. Sound knowledge of the Construction Industry with experience in Quality Management is essential, as is the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring strict deadlines are met and work is prioritised appropriately. Attention to detail is key, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. Expected Duties:

Support the Regional Lead and Head of Quality to ensure the processes needed for the management system are properly established, implemented and maintained. Support the establishment of the site specific and integrated Framework Quality Management System including plans, procedures, guides, templates, training materials and tools by providing guidance and review/comment. Provide guidance and review/comment on the preparation of deliverables such as Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Work Procedures, Material Approval Forms, Quality checklist Templates, Test & Material Registers, Handover Reports, including deliverables prepared by Suppliers. Participate in risk management and lessons learned and provide input and guidance on quality requirements for procurement packages. Support the implementation of the quality management system through quality training and coaching. Identify, plan and conduct surveillance checks and audits to verify that management system and work processes are being properly performed, that the processes are delivering their intended outputs, and that evidence to demonstrate this is retained. Intervene when the quality of works is at risk or has been affected, and escalate to senior management level as appropriate to ensure proper resolution. Management of non-conformances in products and processes to ensure identification and resolution with robust corrective and preventive actions. Report on the performance of the management system, on opportunities for improvement, and on the need for change or innovation. Regularly review the results with the Senior Framework team as appropriate to identify areas for improvement and define related actions, and then follow up their implementation. Promote awareness of project requirements and customer focus throughout the organisation. Represent quality in the various site meetings internally, with Suppliers, Client, JV Partners and related stakeholders. Promote the various management policies, objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure those responsible to implement the Quality Management System have been sufficiently trained on the system and their respective responsibilities, including related objectives and KPIs. Periodically review and update the Quality Management System documents, in particular the Plans, to ensure they remain applicable throughout the project life cycle ensuring the integrity of the management system is maintained when changes are planned and implemented. Get involved with non-project specific working groups to help drive continuous improvement throughout the business. Person Specification:

Essential: Hold degree level construction related qualification. Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the Construction/Civil Engineering Industry with experience in Quality Management. Robust and confident to challenge construction teams and subcontractors if high standards aren't adhered to. Sharp communication skills with the ability to deal with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail. Desirable: Experience on Highways projects, including earthworks and structures. Hold relevant & recognised Quality Management qualifications. Our Commitment:
