Description

Are you looking for a role where you can be fundamental to change? Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity are hiring for a Grant Operations Officer to join our growing grants funding team.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the logistical and secretariat process for the senior grant advisory and review panels. Lead on the preparation of administrative aspects of all funding streams, including setting up funding rounds and applications on the Grant Management System (GMS; Grant Tracker). Supporting in the peer review process. Managing grant funding operational and administration processes. If you’re looking for an environment where you can lead on process improvement projects and work in a dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We’re looking for someone with: Previous experience within a grants funding position. Exceptional attention to detail. Previous administration experience. Project Management skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish good working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. This role focuses on scientific and healthcare grants, so any experience working or studying within a scientific discipline is highly desirable.
