- Contract through until March 2025 - possibility of extension - London / Cardiff / Glasgow offices - 1 day per week onsite - £400 - £500 per day inside IR35 Our client, a public sector organisation, is looking for a Graphic Content Designer & Comms Lead to join on a short-term contract basis. You will be responsible for successful graphic design activities and website design for our client's Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Literacy, Culture and Change Programme, working closely with the Programme Leadership, delivery teams, and Partners. You'll be in at the beginning to plan the first launch, support mobilisation of new work streams, and subsequent scaling of the programme to other staff groups across the organisation. The challenges will be from delivering graphic design activities whilst establishing a new website and training programme design, so it requires a high achiever; someone who would be proud to know they were instrumental in embedding a new and progressive AI and Data Culture and Change programme in a well-known, high-profile UK regulator. You will lead the delivery of design for the team, including messaging for senior stakeholders, specific training cohorts, directorate 'experts,' and regular communications to their 4,000 workforce, and will need to remain focused on delivering a programme of structured, coordinated, and impactful business change and engagement to staff. Graphic design, website and training design, and development of online material and branding experience will be key - you will be comfortable working with ambiguity, with an aptitude for cutting through complexity to find a way forward, and you will have excellent judgement for issues management. You will also be a first-rate written communicator, requiring minimal senior direction. You will have an excellent record of delivering graphic design, website, and training design at pace. Key Responsibilities Design engaging, user-friendly, and visually compelling websites, online training material, team branding, and web elements. Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure that designs align with our brand identity and enhance the overall user experience. Take ownership of the AI and data website and online training design, supporting tools, and content, ensuring they deliver the most effective approach for the duration of the programme. Assist with ensuring employee perspectives are reflected in design. If this sounds like you and you are available immediately, apply now!
