Graphic Design Lead

to join their Marketing team. With over three decades of experience and a strong reputation for customer service and reliability, they are committed to delivering excellence through innovation and creativity. Working hours 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday, Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the Willand Office (upon completion of the probationary period) The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic Graphic Design Lead to take ownership of brand identity, design, and visual communication across digital and print media. You will play a vital role in supporting the company’s digital transformation by ensuring consistency and innovation in visual assets while leading both in-house and outsourced design resources. Graphic Design Lead Responsibilities include: - Lead the creative direction of the brand, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy and growth objectives Oversee the design and delivery of digital and print materials, including website assets, social media content, email campaigns, and physical marketing collateral Manage design budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and quality output Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business goals into impactful visual solutions Graphic Design Lead Requirements include: - 3–5 years of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on digital and B2B environments Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with AI tools for design innovation Exceptional creative skills combined with a strategic mindset to balance aesthetics and business objectives Strong project and budget management abilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time Benefits: Along with offering a competitive salary and flexibility for a mix of office and home working.
