Horton Signs is a dynamic signage company based in Rangiora that operates throughout Canterbury and New Zealand. We currently have an opening in our sales team in a design and sales support role. You will work very closely with our sales team to assist in the daily interaction with clients. This will involve design creation, preparing quotes, and communicating with clients and suppliers to assist with production flow. Initially, the role will involve a 25-30 hour a week commitment which would be made up of 5-6 hours per day, but we are prepared to be flexible if different hours suit. We believe in creating an atmosphere that encourages the best out of an individual and as a company are focused on making sure that you feel welcome and part of our very close and motivated team! Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily interaction with clients, including design creation and preparing quotes. Communicate with clients and suppliers to assist with production flow. Handle multiple projects simultaneously. Utilize internal production systems and associated CRM sales portal. Required Skills:

Experience in computer related design, ideally in the use of Corel, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A high level of confidence when dealing with clients over the phone and in person, supported by quality communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous exposure to a sales or customer services role would be beneficial. A willingness to learn new skills.
