This role is all about creating inspiring, on-brand visual concepts for clients, partners, and colleagues across digital and print materials. Reporting to the Marketing Content and Communications Manager, you’ll support the Marketing team in achieving targets and maintaining a consistent, high-quality representation of the WorkNest brand. Your focus will include attracting new clients, engaging current clients and partners, and enhancing internal communications. Working closely with colleagues to develop briefs, you’ll bring creative ideas to life - no copywriting required! per annum Great Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development Opportunity to grow your team A supportive and inclusive work culture Hybrid working with office based in Chester What we’re looking for You’ll be the creative force behind the WorkNest brand, ensuring every design is on-brand, eye-catching, and impactful across all platforms. You’ll help evolve our visual identity by exploring fresh styles, updating templates, and developing innovative design concepts that make us stand out from the crowd. From multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email marketing, print, and events, to stunning presentations, videos, and animations, you’ll create assets that captivate our audience. Your designs will elevate everything from event materials such as roller banners and exhibition stands to sales and legal documents, transforming the ordinary into sleek, professional materials that impress. WordPress and Storyblok skills are a bonus, but what really matters is your creative spark, a strong portfolio, and a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone with at least five years of professional graphic design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Video editing, and print production processes. Experience in using project management tools like Monday.com and a degree in Graphic Design or a related field is also desirable but not required; your talent, experience, and passion are what really count!
