About the Role We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in brand identity and creative services to elevate the CNS brand and support our growth. In this non-client-facing role, you’ll shape the creative direction of internal projects, ensuring consistent and innovative designs. A key contributor to our pitch process, you’ll collaborate with the media planning and sales teams to deliver visually stunning presentations and materials that set CNS apart in the marketplace. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to CNS Media’s reputation, while working in a supportive environment that values creativity, inclusivity, and professional growth. Highlights of the role Brand Elevation: Design and refine materials that align with and enhance CNS’s brand identity. Presentation Design: Create visual presentations for pitches and internal use, translating complex ideas into visually appealing slides using Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite. Asset Management: Develop and maintain a library of design assets and a robust design system for consistency across all materials. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, media planning, and sales teams to deliver creative assets tailored to specific goals. Project Ownership: Manage the presentation design process end-to-end, including incorporating feedback and ensuring on-brand, high-quality deliverables. Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends and brand culture, bringing fresh ideas to projects. What does success look like? High-quality, on-brand creative materials that elevate CNS’s identity. Effective collaboration with teams to support pitches and internal initiatives. A proactive approach to maintaining and innovating the CNS design system. The ideal candidate will have… Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in graphic design, brand design, or presentation design (agency experience not required). Design Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote. Design Principles: Strong understanding of brand culture, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics. Time Management: Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. Advertising Knowledge: An understanding of advertising/media is an advantage. Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
