This is a remote opportunity for people living in the UK. CONMED is seeking a highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support our brand objectives and marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality print and digital assets that enhance our brand presence and communicate our value proposition. Accountabilities: Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and design creative assets that align with CONMED’s brand and marketing objectives. Design a variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and trade show collateral. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels. Assist with pre-production design tasks, such as concept development, wireframing, and mood boarding. Utilize design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) to create polished, professional assets ready for deployment. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and other marketing initiatives. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new design techniques to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of creative work. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers and sales teams, to ensure design assets meet project requirements and objectives. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets within scope and budget. Review and proof designs for errors before finalizing and submitting for approval. Maintain design files and ensure organization of digital assets for easy access by the team. Required Experience and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design. Proficiency with industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to ensure high standards of quality across all designs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prefered Skills: Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing software is a plus. Knowledge of print production processes and specifications. Familiarity with web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms. Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, taking ownership of projects from concept to execution.
