RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Campaign Support:

Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including homepage turnovers, social media graphics, email templates, banners, and ads that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with the marketing team to design high-impact visuals for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

Brand & Visual Communications:

Create consistent and on-brand visual assets that strengthen Aman’s brand identity across all platforms and customer touchpoints. Update and maintain brand guidelines to ensure cohesion across various materials for campaigns, sales, and marketing.

Sales & Promotional Materials:

Design visually compelling sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials that support the sales team in communicating Aman’s value proposition to clients and partners. Develop brochures, lookbooks, and point-of-sale displays to support product and service launches and enhance customer experience in retail and on-property settings.

Content & Digital Marketing Assets:

Create and manage assets for digital marketing, including social media, website, and email newsletters, to ensure they are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with Aman’s luxury aesthetic. Assist with the development of storytelling and visual narratives that elevate Aman’s brand voice and drive customer engagement. Capture and edit high-quality content for multimedia campaigns, including behind-the-scenes footage, product storytelling, and in-situ visuals. Manage and optimize digital assets for performance across platforms, ensuring visual narratives elevate Aman’s storytelling.

Collaboration & Project Management:

Work closely with marketing, brand, and sales teams to understand project objectives and ensure that design solutions effectively support their goals. Coordinate with external vendors and production partners, managing timelines and budgets for outsourced work when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in marketing, branding, and sales-driven design, with a focus on layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Luxury Market Experience:

Previous experience in luxury lifestyle, travel, or high-end retail industries, with an understanding of luxury consumer behavior. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Lightroom, XD) and Microsoft Office 365 Suite; experience with digital design tools for web and social media is a plus. Brand & Marketing Strategy:

Knowledge of marketing and brand-building principles, with an ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visuals. Sales Support:

Experience designing sales collateral and promotional materials that communicate value propositions effectively. Project & File Management:

Strong organizational skills, with experience in managing multiple design projects from concept to delivery. Collaborative Mindset:

A proactive approach to teamwork, able to collaborate across departments to understand objectives and deliver impactful design solutions.
