As part of our growing sub-brand, Conversion Gurus, we are looking for a talented Digital Graphic Designer to join our team in the exciting and fast-paced world of digital design. This is a maternity cover position starting in mid-March 2025, with a contract duration of 6–12 months, and the potential for a permanent role based on new client wins and future growth. The Role: We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic designer who is ready to work on a variety of digital design projects, supporting our clients in a dynamic, busy sector. As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our creative team to deliver engaging, high-impact designs across multiple digital channels. Primary Responsibilities: Design and create online advertising and promotional graphics for a range of campaigns. Artwork client templates with fresh, engaging content to enhance digital creatives. Key Activities: Oversee the day-to-day management of online marketing materials across several clients, ensuring timely delivery of assets. Collaborate with multiple overseas clients, maintaining clear communication and meeting all design deadlines. Creative artwork development to ensure high-quality output for various digital platforms. Competencies and Experience: Essential: At least 2 years of commercial design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your digital work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Excellent typography skills, with experience working on digital creatives. High-level Photoshop skills, including working with FX and embellishing digital creative. A keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to prioritise deadlines. Desired: Familiarity with basic animation techniques (HTML5). Experience with updating and optimising website content. Up-to-date with the latest design trends. Additional Skills: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with design tools. Ability to take art direction from other creatives and client design teams. Proficient in catching typographical, spelling, formatting, contextual, and stylistic errors and correcting them accordingly. Comfortable working under pressure with a positive attitude. A genuine passion for design and a creative mindset. What We’re Looking For: A designer with a strong portfolio of digital work that demonstrates layout and composition skills, typographical accuracy, and aesthetic coherence. An individual who is self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about creating outstanding digital designs.
