We are looking to expand our team and are seeking someone who is not only passionate about their work but can also shine and take the lead with the skills and knowledge they have obtained through their career. You will have an eye for accuracy and showcase clear and well-thought creativity in your design work through layout, colors, and typography. You must be a team player but also have the strength and initiative to work independently while paying full attention to multiple projects to meet strict deadlines. This is a full-time position with a probation period of 3 months. Job Role Specifics

Create marketing collateral for our CRM programs, websites, social media channels, apps, POS, and direct mail. Ensure that all designs are responsive across various devices, platforms, and mediums, providing a seamless experience for our customers to ensure brand consistency. Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and objectives, translating them into impactful design solutions. Offer fresh ideas alongside the creation and sharing of concepts in line with established branding for feedback and development within the team. Help to scope projects and propose the best solutions based on available budget and resources. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's workflow, skill set, and design standards in all email communications. Experience, Knowledge, Skills

Excellent IT skills, especially with design theory knowledge and photo-editing software. Concept creation, layout design, collaboration with copywriters, and amending designs based on feedback. Strong aesthetic sense, combining brand standards, typography, color theory, and graphic elements. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic approach. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Graphic Designer role. Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to be a team player. Qualifications

The following certifications are desirable: Bachelor’s degree in IT or higher in a creative field. Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator. 23 days annual holiday (extra day for every day of additional service up to 25 days).
