About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer specialising in packaging and retail design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas, a deep understanding of packaging design, and the ability to create compelling designs that engage consumers in a retail environment. This role focuses on conceptualising and executing designs for product packaging, in-store displays, and retail marketing materials. The role will be focusing on design for packaging and retail across the brand this will include. - Design and rollout of new product packaging. - Liaising with suppliers, ensuring print-ready files meet their specifications. - Maintain quality control and drive continuous improvement in packaging design across brands. - Collaborate with the retail team to create striking POS displays that comply with brand and store guidelines. - Evolving and pushing the instore vision across brands. - Work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals. Candidate Requirements: Ideally 3+ year’s experience in a design role, with a focus on beauty, wellness, or lifestyle products. Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and retail design projects. Familiarity with 3D software for creating packaging and in-store display mockups. Strong understanding of packaging and print processes. Video editing skills (preferred but not essential). Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, managing multiple projects and priorities. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members across departments and collaborate on creative projects.
