Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop a range of materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads.
Assist in creating and maintaining consistent brand identities for clients.
Collaborate with web teams to create responsive and user-friendly designs.
Design engaging visuals for social media campaigns.
Produce infographics, video thumbnails, and other visuals complementing written content.
Ensure adherence to client guidelines and company quality standards.
Edit and retouch photos for high-quality use in projects.
Prepare business cards, stationery, and other print materials.
Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Stay updated on trends and incorporate best practices.
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and relevant tools effectively.
Respond to client and team feedback to enhance outcomes.
Bring fresh ideas to improve design services.
Review final designs and maintain high standards.
Qualifications:
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with the ability to effectively apply this knowledge to create visually compelling designs. Software Proficiency:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Creativity and Innovation:
Strong creative skills and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and impactful design solutions. Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate design concepts to clients. Attention to Detail:
High level of attention to detail, ensuring all designs are accurate and meet quality standards. Time Management:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Client Focus:
Passion for understanding client needs and delivering design solutions that exceed expectations. Education: Degree or Certifications:
Degree or certifications in graphic design, visual arts, web design, or digital media, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design. How to Apply:
