The Graphic Designer role sits within the Heroes Health & Wellness team and reports directly to the General Manager of the category. This is an exciting role, which daily activity could involve working on print projects (e.g. packaging, promotional inserts and leaflets), or designing digital assets for Amazon (such as B+, EBC, videos and storefronts), as well as working creatively beyond Amazon’s marketplace, on outputs such as websites, social media, email and other campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a designer to gain experience in a high-growth environment with exposure to many different projects and brands. We are looking for a creative problem solver with strong all-round design skills and an understanding of the consumer mindset.

If you are passionate about defining the brand identity and growth of a portfolio of consumer brands in Health & Personal Care category, including packaging redesigns and creating compelling assets for various e-commerce channels (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, D2C and more), this role will be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

Creation of digital designs such as B+, EBC and Storefronts for our Amazon product detail pages, based on brand identity guidelines set by the Art Director. Work closely with copywriters to execute high-quality creative assets for consumer brands (CPGs). Led the packaging/content design for new product launches and rebranding Implementing branding guidelines across various assets, as required in collaboration with other Branding team members. Roll-out of packaging artwork, promotional inserts, leaflets and other print assets. Support Brand Managers to create graphics that are suited to their brands’ needs and being able to implement their feedback efficiently. Support the Direct to Consumer team in enhancing the UX/UI of D2C touchpoints. Work with the Sourcing team to provide the right print assets for external suppliers & printers. Brief the content production team on photo & video needs and collaborate in producing best-in-class multimedia content. Work within the determined timeline, budget and project scope across Heroes’ portfolio brands. About you

3+ years of full-time experience in graphic design, including packaging design, digital design, print materials, video editing, logo, and branding. Agency experience is a bonus. Experience working with consumer insights data to inform branding/ content direction and working with new product development teams Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design or related education certifications. Demonstrable proficiency (3+ years of experience) in the Adobe CC, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Photo and video editing experience is a plus. Animation experience is a bonus. UX/UI design experience and rendering skills would be a valuable bonus. Ability to pick up work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to constantly learn and grow. Ability to take design feedback, incorporate it quickly and work in a collaborative team environment. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency of designs. Experience working on Amazon or e-commerce platforms is a bonus. Location:

London, or remote from United Kingdom with presence in the office once to twice a month
