Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual aesthetic and the ability to translate ideas into engaging designs across various media. This role requires proficiency in design software and a passion for creating visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.
We are a Rec-Tech start up looking to expand our founding team. We need an innovative ambitious Graphic Designer to join us initially on an equity basis to help us sculpt the brand and support our pre-launch documentation. We expect to have funding in place within the next 3 months to employ everyone full time.
Responsibilities
Develop and design graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertisements.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive designs that align with brand guidelines.
Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to produce high-quality visuals.
Create engaging presentations and infographics that effectively communicate information.
Edit video content to enhance promotional materials and online presence.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes.
Experience
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma is essential.
Familiarity with video editing software is preferred.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity are essential traits for success in this role.
