We are looking for a high calibre candidate to join our UKIMEA (UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa) communications team as a Graphics & Communications Intern. During the 13-month communications placement, you will be reporting to the Head of Communications for UKIMEA at Hewlett Packard Enterprise based in the UK and will work closely with other members of the team. What you'll do: End to end production of internal and external videos Use Adobe software to create clear and branded communications Creation of email newsletters, posters, slide decks, and company magazine to promote events, projects, company strategy, and initiatives to a wide audience of employees. An opportunity to develop both professional and technical skills Exposure to senior leadership and collaboration widely across the organization Reviewing, editing, and creating various communications content Maintaining fresh and accurate content and design for two key intranet sites Learning to become brand-savvy What you'll need: Potential interns must be in their 2nd year of a four-year degree which requires (or has an option for) a 3rd year to be a one year's industrial placement, and are expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 grade. You must be eligible to work in the UK and be available to commence the placement at the beginning of July 2024 for 13 months. About you: Experience or knowledge of video production and graphic design with the use of Adobe software including InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro. Good time management and organizational skills while being structured in your approach Demonstrate creativity in approaching projects Exceptional written, visual, and oral communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail This is a fantastic opportunity for an intern student to take accountability and prove themselves as a strong team member and individual.
