Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team at the Animal Referral Hospital in Minchinbury. As the Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of top-quality care to our patients, and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities : Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal utilization of resources. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of veterinary nursing practices and procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
