In this role you will be in the Grid Development team and liaising with the management and land acquisition team. Supporting the Grid team in identifying and securing grid capacity both on the distribution level and national transmission level from 11kV up to 400kV network for its large-scale solar and BESS projects. Managing the pipeline would be the critical part of your role. As a result, you will regularly communicate and liaise with the relevant DNOs and NGESO at different stages of the project life cycle to gather all necessary intelligence to successfully source and secure grid capacity for prospective projects. Junior to Mid-Level About the Role Join a dynamic Grid Development team at a leading renewable energy developer specializing in

solar and battery energy storage systems . You’ll play a key role in securing grid capacity for large-scale projects from 11kV to 400kV networks, managing pipelines, and liaising with

DNOs

and

NGESO

at various stages of development. What will you do? Identify and secure grid capacity through power systems analysis. Manage grid connection applications and stakeholder communication. Support cross-functional teams with grid-related technical matters. Conduct cost analysis and optimize connection strategies. Participate in project acquisitions and due diligence activities. What are we looking for? 2–3 years minimum

experience with electricity projects, including grid connections. Degree in

Electrical Engineering

(or equivalent technical background). Knowledge of

Grid Code/ENA G99
