Our client is a global Ground Engineering contractor who has several companies within their Group to service the construction industry. Due to requirements from existing clients, they are searching for an experienced manager to head up a new Ground Improvement Division within the business based in the South East (will consider some flexibility with location).
About The Role & Candidate You will ideally have experience in estimating and designing ground improvement techniques, especially rigid inclusions and CMC (stone columns). Ideally, you will also have experience in the installation capacity of stone columns and rigid inclusions. A minimum of 5 years experience in ground improvement. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. Ideally, you will be driven and want to help grow the division, where you will have an opportunity to progress in a more senior role within the Group. This opportunity would ideally suit somebody who would be confident to start a new division for a market-leading contractor who already has enquiries; you will have the backing from the group.
