Grounds Maintenance Service Manager

to join our Parks and Green Spaces Team to lead the operational service. About the Role As the senior manager in the grounds maintenance service, you will be instrumental in shaping the service and driving the operational deployment of our teams delivering the maintenance of our parks and open spaces, ensuring all quality assurance processes are in place and monitoring the performance of the service. Knowledge and experience of grounds maintenance and delivering a quality service is essential. Just as important will be your values, attitude and approach, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure that our residents receive an excellent service. You will be highly organised with the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will be an inspirational leader and people manager who can set direction in challenging circumstances, always with an eye on how value-for-money can best be achieved. Closing date:
