Join our client in the Worcester and Hereford area as a Temporary Ground Maintenance Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Estates Manager to oversee and execute Grounds Maintenance operations, manage a team of gardeners, and ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Required Skills:
Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role Full UK Driving License Team management skills Proficient in Health and Safety practices
Nice to Have Skills:
Training in related fields Knowledge of garden maintenance best practices Customer service experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Candidates with a background in Grounds Maintenance, previous team management experience, and familiarity with Health and Safety regulations are preferred.
Other Requirements:
This role requires working Monday to Thursday from 7.30am to 3.30pm and Friday from 7.30am to 3pm.
