A Grounds Maintenance / Garden Maintenance Team Leader is required by one of the UK's largest horticulture and grounds maintenance specialists. Duties will include supervising a small team of operatives who are carrying out tasks such as grass/lawn cutting, edging, strimming, hedge cutting, litter picking, and weed control, as well as all gardening/grounds maintenance duties using mowers and powered tools. You will also be performing these duties yourself. Candidates will need to have extensive experience using gardening equipment, such as hedge cutters and lawn mowers, as well as experience in a team leader gardening role. Permanent roles are available after a successful probation period of 13-15 weeks.
