with a strong reputation across Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset, and are seeking a highly skilled professional to join their growing team. About the Company With decades of expertise, our client delivers high-quality Groundworks and Civil Engineering services across the South West. Known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they handle a wide range of projects, from large new build residential developments to large-scale commercial and infrastructure works. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing multiple projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, while leading teams to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple Groundworks and Civil Engineering projects across the region. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement effective solutions. Lead and mentor site teams to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Prepare and review budgets, schedules, and contract documentation. Uphold health and safety regulations across all sites. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the Groundworks and Civil Engineering sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities. A full UK driving licence and CSCS card is essential.
