for our client. They are a leading
Groundworks and Civil Engineering company
with a strong reputation across Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset, and are seeking a highly skilled professional to join their growing team. About the Company With decades of expertise, our client delivers high-quality Groundworks and Civil Engineering services across the South West. Known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they handle a wide range of projects, from large new build residential developments to large-scale commercial and infrastructure works. The Role As Production Manager, you will play a key role in liaising with the site teams, and ensure that there is a watertight logistics supply to sites. Key Responsibilities Oversee and draw up production schedules Monitor the production processes and make necessary adjustments as needed Maintain high quality standards Implement and oversee quality control systems Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are always adhered to Ensure orders are met to client specifications on time and to quality Oversee and motivate teams of site workforce Set site workforce goals and check-ins What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Production Manager in the Groundworks and Civil Engineering sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities. A full UK driving licence and CSCS card is essential.
