Group Aftersales Manager

to oversee and enhance the aftersales operations across our dealership network. Working Monday to Friday Role Requirements:

To organise, direct and control the activities of aftersales department staff to achieve plans and budgets, ensuring optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources. Collaborate with senior management to align aftersales strategies with the overall business goals. To contribute to the development of all operating and administrative policies and procedures including QMA to ensure the achievement of all tasks in a smooth and timely manner. Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies across all aftersales functions. About You:

Proven experience in a senior aftersales role within the motor trade, ideally at a group or multi-site level. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Strong understanding of aftersales operations, including service, parts, and warranty processes.
