Group CFO

Salary: £Six figure Salary + Benefits + Equity Parkinson Lee Executive Search are the retained partner to a High Growth, Global business based in South Yorkshire in the appointment of a Group Chief Financial Officer. Reporting into the Group CEO, you will lead a large international team and have P&L responsibility for several companies within this Group. The company is highly acquisitive and has ongoing plans for additional acquisitions, so your responsibilities and scope of role will increase over time. As Group Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with the Group CEO and wider executive team to deliver the exciting growth planned for the next 3-5 years. Additionally, you will play an integral role in all M&A activity and subsequent integrations for the Group. This role offers a unique opportunity for a CFO to create and implement a best-in-practice team structure, systems, processes, and controls that are fit for purpose with the ability to scale as the business grows, both in the UK and internationally.
