What you'll be doing:

As our ITIL Group Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing changes across our entire group, encompassing various domains such as network, infrastructure, data centres, customer platforms, and other essential components crucial to our daily operations and customer experience. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end group change management process, ensuring that changes are implemented efficiently while minimising disruption to services and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of all IT changes within the business, enabling beneficial changes with minimal disruption to both the business and our customers. As the Group Change Manager, you will convene and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (eCAB), ensuring that the information presented is thorough and provides these groups with the necessary details to make informed decisions about changes, including prioritising, approving, or rejecting them. We want to hear from you if you:

Have experience in navigating complex change scenarios and making informed decisions in uncertain conditions in an ITIL aligned environment. Are competent in identifying, assessing, and implementing risk mitigation strategies for changes affecting IT infrastructure and business processes. Have exceptional communication skills and are able to develop comprehensive communication plans to engage with executives, stakeholders, business users, and customers. Have experience in educating and guiding others in change management processes and principles, implementing training programs to foster an informed organisational culture. Have the ability to show resilience in maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure, particularly in time-sensitive or critical business situations. What's in it for me?
