Group Commercial Director - Remote (commutable to Milton Keynes) - £65,000 - £75,000 plus employee profit shares and bonus schemes.
Reporting directly to the Founders, the Group Commercial Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and driving growth within the group companies. The ideal candidate will be a commercial leader with a track record of developing and delivering successful commercial strategies.
Role Responsibilities for the Group Commercial Director will include: Aid the SMT with creating achievable sales targets and supporting them to reach and exceed growth milestones. Design, develop and implement business development, sales, strategic marketing, and communications. Collaborate with the Operations Director to develop a comprehensive strategic plan and vision for the group companies. Provide inspirational leadership to the SMT of each group company, fostering a culture of high performance through challenging, coaching, and implementing best practices.
Profile It is essential that the candidate is a self-starter with: A depth of experience in commercial and marketing strategies. Able to develop and deliver successful commercial strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A high degree of commercial acumen. Strong Excel knowledge. Able to work within tight deadlines. Results-oriented, with a desire to succeed.
