Group Financial Controller Location:
Oxfordshire The Role This is a pivotal and high-profile role for my client, and working within a high performing Group Finance team the role will have a broad remit including ownership of the consolidated month end results, forecasts, budgets and statutory reporting requirements for the group. You will also have responsibility for leading a small team, and will be required to look after all group reporting, ensuring tax compliance and business partnering with key internal stakeholders. The Person The successful candidate will be a technically strong Qualified Accountant with a solid understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP. You will be comfortable explaining complex concepts and delivering to tight deadlines, with a passion for improving processes and strong knowledge of consolidations. You will also need to have previous experience of leading a team, and experience of working in a multi-national group would be beneficial.
