Are you someone who loves to work collaboratively to set the standards for data governance, quality and ethics across the business? If you are passionate about how and why data governance can be a force for good, enabling the business to create value whilst protecting our customers, employees and stakeholders, and building trusted relationships with Aviva colleagues, then this could be a great fit for you.
A bit about the job:
Our vision for Data Governance is to help Aviva value and trust our data, reinforcing the confidence of our customers, partners, and employees. We aim to demonstrate our commitment to protecting sensitive information and ensuring privacy by establishing robust data governance practices across the organization. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on how to effectively implement data governance and promote its value from both a commercial and regulatory perspective.
This role also involves performing oversight and quality assurance on governance processes across the business. You will ensure that data management is integral to our transformation processes, bringing together teams to foster best practices and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, you will compile reports for various boards, forums, and committees, helping to ensure the ongoing success and improvement of Aviva’s data governance framework.
